VOYDE REFUND POLICY

Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrance, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened perfumes. Scent interacts uniquely with each person’s skin, and once a bottle has been opened, it cannot be resold or safely returned to inventory.

However, your experience matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or compromised in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will happily replace the item or make it right.

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
