Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. VOYDE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
VOYDE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
